The following is not so much a poem as a bit of prose for your enjoyment.

"Magick Doesn't Exist"
by ArthurPendragon

People try to tell me that magick doesn’t exist and that I am a fool to believe it.

I say to those same, who say I am a fool,

“You’re a fool to believe it does not.”
“Walk out your front door and look up at the sky and tell me magick does not exist.”
“Watch the clouds dance across the sky and tell me magick does not exist.”
“Watch as the sun gives way to the moon and the stars and tell me magick does not exist.”
“Look at the delicateness of the beauty around you and tell me magick does not exist.”
“Listen to the song that the birds are all singing and tell me magick does not exist.”
“Listen to the beat of your heart deep inside you and tell me magick does not exist.”
“Remember that all these things were created from nothing and tell me magick does not exist.”

May the Goddess touch you and strengthen your faith in the magick that surrounds you for magick does truly exist.
___________________________________________________

Magick is not just about casting spells and incantations, for true magick surrounds us every day in the air we breathe, in the beauty of the earth, in the dance of the seasons. All this came from a void and darkness; magick brought it into the light. Magick created us, it fills us, and it moves us. It is a part of us, and we are a part of it. True magick exists in everything.

May all who read these words be blessed.
