Koko .............. Autumn Watch is a programme about how Autumn affects our wildlife in different parts of the UK. It's like a little diary I suppose you could say. Last year one of the presenters spent the two weeks on a little island off of the coast of Scotland watching a group of stags as it's their rutting season, and some of the film footage was fantastic! The camera crew get brilliant footage of all sorts of wildlife and nature as it prepares for Autumn. Last night there was such a cute little hedgehog on there! Lovely programme! _________________
The beavers and the wild boars are absolutley stealing the show. The encounter that Simon King had with the family of wild boar was just magical! I know that boar can be quite savage, but the look on that boar's face as she studied Simon was wonderful. And their little piglets ............... adorable! _________________
We'll be taking lots of photo's. Cant go this weekend though because Paul's working and we're moving the weekend after that. But we'll go as soon as we get chance......
I swear I could watch these every night and not tire of it! What a shame it's finished until the Spring.
The little bit about the stag called Caesar when he realised that he had enough actually made me cry .......... I just wanted to go and hug him! _________________
