Sometimes seen as FFFF this is a shorthand version of an old Saxon Blessing. Generally it is used more by Trad Craft groups.

Flags, Flax, Fodder which in basic terms means: may you have a roof over your head (flags). Clothes on your back (flax) Food in your belly (Fodder)

The fourth F stands for Frigg (the Norse goddess of fertility, hearth and home)
