Helen Duncan - programme to watch! (UK)

Just noticed in the Christmas TV listings that on Monday 29 December at 9pm, C4 are broadcasting a programme called "Tony Robinson and the Blitz Witch

It's about Helen Duncan - the psychic and last person to be disgracefully prosecuted during WW2 (1944) using the 1735 Witchcraft leglistlation.

Just think - the Witchcraft acts were only repealed just over 50 years ago!   In theory if this forum had existed before the 1950s we would have been acting unlawfully....................!
