It's really weird, but I just can't get into Pratchett... I've tried now with a couple of books, but... I don't know, I just can't seem to.

I have the same problem with Ronald Hutton and Tolkein, too. There must be something wrong with me

I think we all go through phases like that, Minty!  So don't worry - I'm sure you're perfectly normal...!!!

I've heard it's a good one, but I always think of his awful affliction whenever I see a Discworld book now.   Tho' I saw him being interviewed on the telly recently - talking about his new book and how Alzheimer's is affecting him - and despite the problems he's having, he's as flamboyant as ever!
