FFF

Sometimes seen as FFFF this is a shorthand version of an old Saxon Blessing. Generally it is used more by Trad Craft groups.

Flags, Flax, Fodder which in basic terms means: may you have a roof over your head (flags). Clothes on your back (flax) Food in your belly (Fodder)

The fourth F stands for Frigg (the Norse goddess of fertility, hearth and home)

FETCH

1) The spiritual or ghostly double of an animal or person.
2) An apparition.
3) A semi-tangible human or animal shape formulated by the Witch's power sent to do the bidding of the Witch.
